Yupp! They’re pretty small and super cute.. meaning.. you can eat ‘em a lot! ..muahaha! Not to mention that they are healthy too because I put some chopped spinach and it’s grilled. A good idea to trick the children into vege, don’t you think? Ohhh.. they would be great for birthday parties.
For the bun, you can use any basic or burger bun recipe, or you can just buy at any bakery that sell these little cutties (sometimes they are called dinner roll). Bakery section in any Giant store definitely sells them in a large plastic bag (penuh 1 beg tu, ada 20 ketul kot). I baked the mini buns myself. 250 gram of flour could generously make 16 pieces.

Here’s the recipe for chicken burger..
Ingredients :
(16 mini burgers)
400 g of minced chicken
1 egg
1 onion (chopped)
1 garlic (chopped)
1 cup of chopped spinach (cook the spinach in boiled water, put a little salt and drain well)
1 stalk of coriander (chopped)
1 slice of bread (tear into small pieces and soak in warm water, then drain the excess water)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of blackpepper
1 tbspoon olive oil to grill
Method :
1. Just put everything in a bowl and mix well.
2. Heat the oil in non-stick pan.
3. Using 2 spoons, scoop the meat and put it on pan and shape it round (the mixture is very soft you could hardly shape it with hands)
4. When the below part is nicely browned, turn it over to grill the other side.
5. When perfectly cooked, transfer to plate and eat with bun. Can be served with salad, cheese or mushroom sauce. Delicious!!!
